Ordering – terms and conditions 1. All Holt Academic orders must be to the minimum order value of £200.00 (nett) to qualify for free postage and packing. Orders below this figure will be charged £4.99 per consignment. 2. If ordering outside of the UK please contact dstubbs@holtjackson.co.uk for separate terms and conditions. 3. All Holt Academic orders must be accompanied (and can only be accepted) with an official school/college/institution purchase order form. 4. To qualify for full discount terms all Holt Academic orders must reach Holt Jackson by the deadline date specified for each promotion. Late orders will be invoiced at standard RRP terms. 5. We aim to ensure that at the time of listing all publishers prices are accurate. However, this cannot always be guaranteed and on the rare occasions when prices increase during the period of a promotion customers will be required to pay the new pricing or allowed to return the goods concerned. 6. Please ensure you provide correct delivery information. If the order is for the library or a teaching department enter the details into your order header. 7. For all Holt Academic orders it is Holt Jackson's policy to despatch goods in one consignment. When we are awaiting new stock from the publisher we will delay despatch until your order is complete. If, however, items are temporarily out of stock at the publisher or reprinting all dues outstanding will be cancelled. 8. All Holt Academic orders will be invoiced quoting your official purchase order number and payable within 30 days of the invoice date. 9. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged items, please contact our Returns Department within 7 days of receipting your order to qualify for free returns. 10. Ordering Online For customers wishing to order online or interested in using Holt Jackson as their main supplier, we offer 'Choice on the Web.' 'Choice on the Web' is our one stop shop for all customers' selection ordering needs. It not only allows colleges to order from Holt Academic promotions online but provides a comprehensive database of titles in print, allowing customers to view a full range of current, forthcoming and retrospective titles and 'add to basket.' Smart book reporting methods allow customers to attain greater order fulfilment and detailed order tracking and management information screens provide a transparent analysis of the supply process. Giving the customer availability reports and the ability to measure supplier performance. To promote optimal use of the service, we provide onsite training and support to get you started. Moreover, we regularly offer free training days at Holt Jackson with our in-house team of 'Choice on the Web' IT Developers. This enables you to become acquainted firsthand with all new developments and help shape the service for the future. All books listed on our monthly promotions are stock items and will be despatched within 5 - 10 working days. If, due to heavy demand, listed items need to be re-ordered from the publisher your order may receive a slight delay. 2. I want to order online - how can this be arranged? Holt Jackson actively promotes online ordering and we are keen to hear from customers who favour this method.
